Should read label on the cabinet to know standard of SC, SH… Without the label, metering device needed to know_ either be a thermostatic expansion valve or a restrictor orifice.
If TXV, superheat should normally be about 18 F and subcooling is about 25 F.
If a restrictor, following table should be referred to know standard SH, SC
