Draft inducer motor starts. If draft inducer does not start then you either have a thermostat problem, thermostat wiring problem, transformer problem, bad relay on control board or a draft inducer problem.
Problems: ignitor not glow, not ignite the gas (flame ssor, ignitor)
Zone Control : M1 (com), M4 (Open), M6 (Close); [Often wiring M1-M6]. It means when energized damper with M6 will close. Which zone called, it won't have 24 v=> damper open while other zone won't called, having 24v => close dampers.  Which zone called, damper is still no power and open while other dampers will energy and close. When system turn off, all damper motors have no power and all dampers are in open position. So to check damper motor: Turn off all zones and check whether there is any close. If have, wiring 24v to see it moves/not. Set damper: Position damper at open and drive screw tightly (no power)
Not working at all: Check T'stat (24VAC), Transformer, Gas furnace wiring. Pressure switch, limit switch and rollout switches should be sure before think about the MB
Ignitor not glow: bad ignitor, bad limit switch (open), open rollout switch, open pressure switch or bad control board.
Thermostat color codes: .R(h/c) is 24V from Transformer. W=>heat system; Y=> cool system; G=>fan relay, O=>Rev valve, B=> Rev Valve Rh_W=24V. Tstat continuity, Rh_W=0V, W_Ground= 24V. diagram .

Lennox Furnace Error Codes

Saving thermostat settings: Wake and Return = the same Temp, Sleep has Heat lower and Cool higher.

Not heat: If T'stat working or the led light on CBoard lit=>24VAC OK. Sequence: press door sw, 24VAC going up T'stat, coming back CBoard [24_28VAC] between W (white) and C (com) terminals on control board, tells the igniter to warm up for 24seconds, gas valve open, making a blame, blame sensor tells MB to order the fan to turn on. High T T'stat control the T in the furnace [L210F_30]. Take a look on door to read error code (blinking). To standing pilot (flame is lit all the time), thermocouple set at the hottest of the blame to safely control (give signal) gas valve.
Light a standing pilot gas furnace
Flame Sensor: Check flame sensor with microAmp [2_3 micAmp] with series wired.  if hot, gives a signal to open gas valve. If flame cannot maintain after start, flame sensor could be bad (needs clean or a new one). High Limit Tstat: fan works, not light=> High limit T'stat could be bad. Flame Roll Out Switch: continuity and works under 24v, wiring in series with . Pressure Switch: NO, working under 24v, should be tested on 2 terminals_ground to have 24v.
: Hot Surface Ignitor: in [50-90Ω], if made by Rheem, Rudd, Weather king are in [130-190Ω]. Out of range must be replaced

King Valve (with long rod): CW = Open (1) back seat (like max open) => the port very closed to the seat is closed, the seat closed; compressor and the other port, and lancet  are communicating; (2) Far further seat ( like max close) => block the lancet with compressor; (3) middle seat => all ports and lancet are communicating. Note: Drive the sharp seal, which is a metal covering the rod, to close back seat, not leaking.
