Measurements:
_ Length of the unwound spring from first coil at one end to the last coil on the other end of the spring (exclude the cone and broken gap, include the coil on the cone). Should do on the broken spring.
_ Wire size: Measurement of 10 and 20 coils and divide by 10 and 20 respectively, refer to the table
_ Inside diameter of the spring (by caliper)
_ Standard: drum= 4", 7 ' high door=> 8 coil turns; 8 ' high door=> 9 coil turns
Spring turns= (door height: drum circumference)+1
_ Height, Width of the garage door should be measured
